Terms of Service

TravelBook lets you plan and record trips, share them with others, and ask our travel agents to plan and book trips for you. Some features are free; others need a Pro subscription.

You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. Keep your password safe and do not share your account; you are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us straight away at privacy@3-134-68-5.sslip.io if you think someone else has used it.

• Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe.
• It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are not refunded for partly used periods, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
• If we change the price, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

A trip request is not a booking. Our agents will send you a proposal, and a booking is confirmed only once you accept it and we receive the payment it asks for.

Flights, hotels, tours and other services are provided by third-party suppliers under their own terms, which we will share with you. Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the conditions in your proposal and in those suppliers’ terms.

You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance. Any visa or entry information on the site is general guidance only; check it with the official authorities before you travel.

You keep ownership of the trips, photos, notes and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service, including showing it to the people you choose to share it with. Only upload content you have the right to share.

Please do not:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• upload harmful, abusive or illegal content, or malware;
• try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt or overload the service;
• scrape the service or use it to send spam.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Each plan comes with a storage allowance for uploaded files. Files you link from services such as Dropbox stay there and do not count towards it.

The site links to and uses other services, such as maps, weather and currency rates. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything important.

As far as the law allows, TravelBook is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Bookings already confirmed remain subject to the conditions agreed for them.

We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes before they take effect; if you keep using the service afterwards, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where TravelBook is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
